When I Did Not Obey, by Daniella Farinas

Daniella is seven years old and one of five siblings who share a shelter on 20th Avenue in the Philippines with their parents. Daniella attends Kalantiao Elementery School in the Cubao area, and her two elder siblings, David (nine) and Dianne (eight), also attend the same school and are in the same class, 1st grade.

Daniella and her brothers and sisters attend The School in a Cart, where they receive help with their studies and are encouraged to stay in school. All the children at The School in a Cart are grateful for Suzanna in the UK, whose donation will go toward books, learning tools, and meals.
