Lift the Lid and Darien Book Aid Team, Again!

Lift the Lid made another book delivery with the help of Darien Book Aid Plan, a not-for-profit distributor of free books since 1949, based in Darien, CT. The following photos and Thank You letters, in response to our 2017 shipment, are from Lenana Girls’ High School in Kitale, Kenya. Every year we host a writing competition at each of the schools we support and reward the school and participating students with a shipment of books. It’s always a time for celebration!
