Steven Mark (MacMac) is 10 years old and in 3rd grade, and he is a regular at The School in a Cart in Cubao, the Philippines, attending the center after school, on weekends, and throughout the summer. Please take a moment to read his Thank You letter to Harvester Mission for expanding our outreach to needy children and helping us to make a more meaningful impact.
This is MacMac’s original letter in Tagalog, plus his clever drawings. Here is the translation:
We have been coming here (at the Center) long enough to learn about God and music. Thank you for the food and funds you are giving and for the joy you bring every time you come for a visit.
May you have a good life so you could help more of those needing food. I wish you wouldn’t get tired bringing joy to the poor and may you receive eternal life and also may your faith continue, asking forgiveness and thanking the Lord.
It is therefore, written in the Bible verse 1 and chapter 8, (he meant I John 4:8) “He who doesn’t love God doesn’t know God…God is Love.”
