Joan, I can’t imagine what you’ve been through in prison. It shows tremendous strength that you have returned to school. Your essay “Unforgettable Lesson” describes your mood, the bus, each turn of events, and the finality of the police’s quick judgement very well. I was drawn into your experience and wanted justice for your sake.
Take strength from all your past experiences and keep moving forward with your eyes on your goals.
Sara
Joan, I’m so incredibly proud of you. Your essay is profoundly moving and shows that you have an inner strength that the majority of us do not possess. I find it so inspiring that you were able to turn this event into a lesson for yourself and for all those who will read your essay. God bless you, Joan!
