Good Learning Conditions: Running Water

This past February Lift the Lid repaired a water pump at Lenana Girls’ High School in Kitale, Kenya. Although we would prefer to buy the obvious educational tools: books, lab equipment, and computers, fundamentals such as running water and daily meals are vital. Here are some photos that show the school’s pump being repaired and the students celebrating fresh water after two weeks without it. Thank you!
