I am excited to share a few videos from my presentation to 50+ mothers of the National Charity League, who make thousands of hours of volunteer work possible. What an honor to welcome them to Lift the Lid!
The National Charity League, Inc., is a California-based national nonprofit organization designed to encourage community service and volunteering opportunities for mothers and their daughters in grades 7 through 12. Nationwide, they donate close to three million hours annually to over 6,000 charities in the U.S. Lift the Lid is very excited to partner with the National Charity League, Westport/Weston, Connecticut branch! We aim to connect 145 girls from Connecticut with 145 students from Lenana Girls’ Boarding School in Kitale, Kenya, and to continue our partnership for years to come.
